Just read the complete works of Plato you’ll be covered for a couple months. You’ll have to eventually if you want to understand any later philosophy, and his are fun reads. If you are looking to become some sort of a schizo meme character then start with and struggle through the phenomenology of spirit accepting NO interpretations that make any sensible sense and focus on feeling/“intuiting” your way into sorcererhood.

Not sure, might just be an interesting topic.
Some of it might be Peterson spillover that wants to move past pseud level
Some of it might be Marxists who want to read Hegel but aren't ready
Some of it might be /pol/ spillover who want to justify their beliefs
But probably people are just interested in it and none of the other boards have good philosophy discussion.

Just read Plato and then come back. (Aristotle or the presocratics or Descartes if you must know.) Plans and paths almost never work, especially when the planner isn’t motivated enough to even google “first philosopher” or “intro to philosophy”.
