Punctured bicycle
On a hillside desolate
Will Nature make a man of me yet?

When in this charming car
This charming man

Why pamper life's complexities
When the leather runs smooth on the passenger seat?

I would go out tonight
But I haven't got a stitch to wear
This man said "It's gruesome
That someone so handsome should care"

A jumped-up pantry boy
Who never knew his place
He said "return the rings"
He knows so much about these things
He knows so much about these things

This man said "It's gruesome

Classic case of midwittism

"The judge also ranked the band members by IQ, with Marr "probably the more intelligent of the four", Rourke and Joyce "unintellectual", and Morrissey presumably somewhere in between."

“At this, Eliza and Ezra rolled together into the one giggling snowball of full-figured copulation, screaming and shouting as they playfully bit and pulled at each other in a dangerous and clamorous rollercoaster coil of sexually violent rotation with Eliza’s breasts barrel-rolled across Ezra’s howling mouth and the pained frenzy of his bulbous salutation extenuating his excitement as it whacked and smacked its way into every muscle of Eliza’s body except for the otherwise central zone.”

>“All quiet, all still in this decent and pleasant atmosphere of slumber and repose, where lush houses of beddy-bye shut-eye snoozled in sleepland; a smiling sleep of dreamland.”

>“Whoever put the pain in painting had also put the fun in funeral.”

>“In their secrecy, Harri does not like Tracey’s knotted banana toes, and Tracey finds the manly central issue too slight to grip, and although such things ought not to count in the adult mind, somehow they do yet they don’t yet they do yet they don’t.”

He's literate, not sure how he compares to classic poets but he has read them. There is some clever wordplay in his delivery as well. For indie rock, only he and Stephin Merritt manage to come off as literate but also humorous and mostly unpretentious

> I am hated for loving

It wasn't entertaining as a joke either. The biggest crime of that excerpt is it is boring and tiring. He's describing the lead up to allegedly frenzied sex and I've lost all interest by "full-figured".
