Amazing and very compelling ideas.
Sad delusions about how to start a revolution, seriously misguided by his ego and the belief that people would read his work, and if they did they would take action.
If he had perhaps taken more conventional means, he could've created real change. Now all he's achieved is life in prison and a few radicals running off and living in the woods.
Hopefully we see someone else borrow and spread his ideas without the tainted image of terrorism. I think there is real value, buried under a blanket fear and misunderstanding.
I also think it might be better, at least at this stage, to merely escape and wait out the collapse than try to enact revolution. Perhaps it were different when he wrote it, but I doubt it. A revolution would never have worked. The only option is to escape now and hope to survive the fall.

His work catches attention exactly because it shows how retarded all ideological sides are, all of them go into some sort of extreme, some sort of utopia, ignoring the simplest problems or refusing to work on them. Ted was very realistic about life of a primitive man, so I don't know if you can put him into a narrow box of any existing ideology.
