Yes i agree, it's like when someone play sports and their body moves automitically without them having to consciously think about it. But when you first start you may need some indications, and then after months of practice you may automate the process.
What i need, even though such a book probably doesn't even exist, would be a very detailed analisis of their speech patterns, body language and behaviour.
I guess i will have to observe directly, take notes and dissect it on my own.

You're doing the thing that every autist does. It's not your fault, it's what they teach you to do so you can go work on computers or whatever.
Don't try to contend with every possible detail. It's too complicated, you will waste your time. Instead, develop your instincts.
Your brain has a massive pre-made apparatus for picking up on these types of patterns. If you immerse yourself for long enough you will find it becomes second nature. It's literally the only way to go about this, there is no progress to be made in ground up analysis.
It's a lot like sports but moreso. More like a lifelong skill you just need to commit to.
