The best approach is to be honest. Just say you were cleaning up around the house and stumbled upon some unChristrian reading materials. If they ask whether you peaked inside any of the books, say no. They will probably be embarrassed, but will appreciate your forthrightness and may even let you off with a warning.

brother, no other book is necessary other than the Holly Qur`an. Leave devil atheism, christcuckery or whatever you do. Also, do toss those books away, for they are a waste of time, which you could use on reading the Qu'ran.

Then look around you. See where you are. And write from memory all the things you've ever read. Fill in the blanks with lies, I mean, details.
