Why do you say that anon? His work with all its unimaginable suffering, is at its core deeply hopeful. He does say that people either are or are not suicidal, and that he not once thought about suicide even living in some of the grimmest circumstances in history.

That's why I would recommend him. He shows you how to survive in the midst of the most horrible conditions. And he explains that suicide is not something you do, it is something that happens to you. It is no more a weakness or sin than tuberculosis or cancer. Or maybe that's just what I read into him because of my own suicidal ideations, eh? In the end, the only thing that survives is anger.
