Me and my s/o agreed to start reading. I’ve never been much of a reader and have always been the “I’ll wait til it comes out as a movie” type of guy. But I just finished reading the alchemist and I actually really enjoyed it. Do you all have book recommendations that are similar to the alchemist? Or a book for someone who isn’t that fond of reading?

The book is very different and much, much better.

It's a great book that's not too hard and not too long.

I don't really remember Alchemist (read it when I was like 10) but I guess Borges and Eco are kinda similar. Don't hold me to that, though.

You have to be a women to have enjoyed this. I have genuinely never met a man who has liked this book. This is not even a sexist remark I seriously think The Alchemist is peak "art hoe who has never read a book outside of highschool" core. Seriously every art hoe I've met goes gaga for this crap.
