Disco Bloodbath/Party Monster by James St James. It got renamed as the second title when there was a Macaulay Culkin movie made out of it. It's a true crime novel about drag queens killing each other over ketamine or coke or whatever, told by a drag queen who is upset people might forget she did a lot of ketamine and lost a shoe in the surrounding fracas too. It's mostly in NYC though.
