Communication is just a tool to manipulate others into doing what you want.
When you read you voluntarily subject yourself to the influence of someone else.

Scale this back to something less involved with ego and you realize any stimuli is manipulation. Congratulations, you now understand Fanged Noumena.

This is a projection, communication is a way to connect with others and explore ideas.

I've been thinking about what is rotten about the internet specifically and I came to a realization: online discourse is a feminine trait.

Women in developed cultures were forbidden physical action when provoked to anger. They developed a whole culture of emotional harm to take the place of violence and physical domination. Because the construct was missing a vital component the output was neurotic and spread instability. The crowning achievement of this construct was the salon. The ideas birthed in the salon follow the same thread as modern sjw thought. Some ideas were very valuable, but all worked to subvert established societal structure. The salons directly contributed to the end of the reign of kings.

The internet is a continuation of the same construct. Now there is no need for society to impose a norm of nonviolence as the medium itself removes the threat of violence by removing physical interaction altogether! Communication without the threat of violence is feminine. We should not be surprised that all internet communication seems to trend toward hate and anger because the physicality of communication is absent. The spectre of violence repressed has poisoned the entire well.

We need to bring physical competition and play back into society for both sexes. The kids need to learn how to grapple with each other for conflict resolution and respect building. It's an even enough playing field early on and by the time the physical gap kicks in it turns into foreplay.

sure their perspective influences their writing but so long as its a decent text the information im taking from it is well worth it

You’re presupposing all discourse is a result of emotion, which is retarded and bugman status.

It's also a tool to say no, etc.
Mimesis isn't a tool, anon. It's social life at all levels.

This is precisely why you don't read post-modernists, because they actually believe this and act upon it.

Explain how you came to that conclusion from what I wrote. I'm genuinely confused. I'm asserting communication with the absence of threat of violence or physical consequence is incomplete and comparable to the norm for western women throughout history.

You developed your whole argument off of this premise, which is an assumption when applied wholesale to all online discourse.

Actually, no. You should only read supplementary material to what you have already intuitively had a grasp upon. Otherwise you’re just filling your head with unearned knowledge that makes you more harmful then wise. The unaware “learner” really succumbs to pitfalls at a steady pace. They don’t know what they are looking for and are often led astray, not just by themselves, but authors with malicious intentions.
