Just write an essay, and publish it on your own website. Spam it here, to random professors who have interest in the topic, ect ect. Try to make sure you're actually contributing something original though. Try to figure out which people are the most influential in the area and read their most recent papers/books ect, then, if you see papers that are frequently cited, read those as well. Could you say something about your ideas? It depends a lot on which area, how likely you are to be able to contribute.

You could just say vaguely which category it falls under, is it philosophy of mind? feminism? bioethics?

stop bumping if you wont post any dumbass details "similar to transcendentalist philosophy" is a joke. If you think people are gonna steal your ideas you are paranoid and probably so dumb your ideas are useless anyways.

If you need an outline you are far from ready. Not meant to discourage you, just spend time practicing writing and sorting out your ideas.
