What literature explains whether it's true incels are the male equivalent of fat women? (masculine vs feminine psychology of attraction)
Losing weight is the most straightforward thing ever but gaining confidence, charisma, assertiveness, emotional/psychological maturity/stability, overcoming autism, overcoming anxiety etc just seems like paddling in an ocean without a compass

Can't we autoban these stupid threads in 2020? These idiot threads by these idiot Anons who just want to bitch about this thing or that, and use the vague idea of books at a figleaf? They all need to be butchered.

Are there any good books about whether anons are using /lit/ as their bitching dumping ground? Is it /lit/ to bitch about random topics? What literature will help me understand why people bitch about random things using books as a figleaf?

Sun and Steel by Yukio Mishima.

You have a weak body and weak spirit.
