Hi /lit/,
I don't really come here that much, and I've always enjoyed literature, I just haven't really gotten into a study of my choosing. I've written many paragraphs and even drawn out diagrams about my own little philosophy about the world, yet strangely I've never actually read anything about philosophy and I highly doubt that if I don't read at least one book in the field of philosophy, then I'd sound like a complete moron. Are there any books that you might recommend me? I've been looking at possible works from Nietzsche, but anything is fine to me.

Well, I don't have a working scanner at the moment, and besides, they're more like how philosophical thoughts and actions can trigger and even make shapes, graphs, etc. It sounds complicated to someone outside the box, but whatever...

Thank you, Anon, for recommending this. Nobody ever fucking talks about Montaigne here, not even as just a personal essayist.

You laugh, but I can't think of a better book to get someone to actually think about philosophy instead of thinking about how to sound like someone who is into philosophy.
