It's preferable to lose any excess fat first because once you start gaining muscle, it is difficult to lose the fat later without compromising the added muscles. You're better off focusing on weight loss initially, through fasting and keto, which should take no more than a few months for a skinny fat if adhered to. Do that, then recover for 1-2 weeks with carbohydrates to kick your body out of ketosis, then start taking steroids.

Because Sufism agrees or heavily aligns with Advaita Vedanta on many points of doctrine and uses many of the same metaphors, analogies, expressions etc in their literature. Compare for example:

There is no other witness but This, no other hearer but This, no other thinker but This, no other knower but This. By this Immutable, O Gārgī, is the ether pervaded."

Ibn Arabi and Shankara in their works cite the above texts and related ones to support similar metaphysical conclusions. There are countless other examples of agreement that you can find comparing various Sufi writers/poets to the Upanishads and Vedantic writings.

That's only wahhabis and people influenced by them. Sufism continues to be considered as an important part of traditional Islam to many millions of Sunni muslims worldwide. One of the most influential Islamic thinkers/theologians al-Ghazali was a Sufi and wrote about how it agreed with and complemented the exoteric aspects of Islam and the Sharia. Guenon is, although you may want to read others like William Chittick or Titus Burckheart too since Guenon writes about Islam less then other religions. Gurdjieff was a syncretic guy who seems to have drawn from a lot of stuff and would not be considered as a real Muslim by almost all Muslims. If you want to read actual translated Sufi writings after reading some intro books try reading some of the works of Ibn Arabi, Rumi, Sanai, Attar, al-Ghazali, Shabestari etc

What does it mean if I have more defined abs than this guy and more fat in the stomach area but my ribs look like I'm from auschwitz and you can see like a giant step between the ribs and the lateral abs? From what I know, you need to talk to a rabbi and go through them dissuading you multiple times, since under Judaism you are saved if you merely follow the 7 commandments given to Noah (peace be upon him).
