Lit, im screwed.
i've noticed that i'm not able to read more than 4 pages at a time.
i'm TRYING to read The Economics Book, but after 2 minutes my hand subconsciously moves the mouse to Google to shitpost on /fit/.

If i cut the internet i open my vidya folder and start any random game.

If i move the vidya to an external HD i go to the store and eat some junk food

if i try to read when all the stores are closed i just fall asleep (im able to read 15 pages tho)

i've noticed that this doesn't happen with online courses, or manga; just when reading e-books.

HOW DO I GET RID OF DOPAMINE ADDICTION IF THE WORLD IS FILLED WITH IT?

i'm too broke, i have the idea to print the book and then read it but idk if i could go to jail because i download them all in the page recommended in the sticky

I find ebooks to be extremely immersion breaking too.

Reading multiple ebooks in single sitting, swapping them once in a while is werks for me.

oh it's this thread again. You won't go to jail. Print if possible. Doesn't matter much if you can only read 4 pages at a time at first, what matters is that you stick to it. Read as much as you can every day, you'll slowly be able to read more.
