Not really. Any writing will be centred on a speaker and have an addressee, making 2nd and 3rd distinct. Swapping [name] with [you] is the difference between talking to someone listening to you and talking about someone (who may hear you but is in the periphery). I think writing can break the way language is usually used and distributed though.

Also note that 'you' can be used as a generic pronoun.

Give me an example of writing a story in second person then. If it sounds like this:

That's still third person, you've just switched out the characters name with "you", stylewise it's identical.
