I would imagine a lot of absurdist screenplays actually fall under /meth/core territory

Yeah, because I would say we'd have to differentiate two distinct hemispheres of /meth/core -- one where addicts are being crazy -- and one where they're not yet crazy but still being geniuses through the mere act of them being hopped up on something supercharging their brain.

Because there's better, cleaner speed these days, other amphetamines. Adderall if you want that quick hit for a few hours, Vyvanse if you want it throughout the day. Meth is a trap, it's way too strong compared to anything else while also being neurotoxic in the long run. You WILL feel invincible, overconfident, be unable to sleep and eventually start reaching psychosis. There's a reason when you think of a "methhead" it's always a skinny, insane homeless person.

tl;dr We have pharmaceutical high quality speed these days, don't settle for cheap trailer trash stuff.

I completely believe it. Last night I drafted an entire novel from scratch and masturbated seven times. It's an amazing substance, but there is a serious risk for dependence. Be careful anons.

>> No.14403277

I've done both and adderall doesn't even compare to the clean focus of good meth brotherman. Yes, it's neurotoxic, microdosing on it is possible however.

>clean focus of good meth

The substance that is basically dopamine overload is cleaner focus than the substances engineered to be taken daily without much issue, even by kids sometimes?

Just admit you enjoy the meth high a bit too much and can't quit it anymore. You are playing with fire man, this can't last forever.

Well I'm not a great case study because I'm not neurotypical. It's not a dopamine overload for me, it's more like taking a super-adderall without the jitters when I microdose.

I'm doing my best to avoid that fate. I only use once a week on Friday nights (if I don't have other plans) and use it to catch up on all the writing I missed out on throughout the week. Very luckily I'm not at a point where I'm dependent and use it as a crutch. If I'm not careful, it'll turn into that, but I think of it as a boost.

You have no idea what you are talking about.

Amphetamine isn't "engineered" to be taken by kids. There's nothing terribly special about the amphetamine found in adderall. Adderall XR is just amphetamine with talc bindings to add a timed delay to absorption. Vyvanse is just a prodrug for amphetamine.

Desoxyn is a real prescription drug that is taken by kids. The pharmacologies of amphetamine and methamphetamine are extremely similar. Neither "flood the brain" with dopamine, and the neurotoxicity of meth is related to body temperature and sigma agonism.

Methamphetamine and amphetamine are not the same molecules, but they also aren't as wildly different as you think they are.

Imagine all the high RPM chemsex Bret Easton Ellis would have enjoyed on the good meth his high social status would have afforded him. There were probably immaculate and ornamental bulbs, no doubt some phallic selections to choose from for certain guests, probably a "meth" jumpsuit or some sort of practical quasi-ritualistic uniform fruits such as Mr. Ellis enjoy donning for anything special, and who can really blame them, live it up, you know? I totally get it. But it's hard to really grasp the idea of having sex for days at a time, just wandering through halls and stairwells of Adonic energies, every man a different ideal, their own flourish to the core form, Mr. Ellis is then easier to picture with a saxophonic meth bulb in one hand and the other controls to his multi-floor audio solution, switching room's genres as he came and went, though I think to most of us so uninitiated the many exotic dins sourced from Amsterdam and Ibiza sound to our ears like ceaselessly hedonic pulses, steady and quaking throughout the house, a dull thump or drone from outside to anyone happening by and stopping to peep upon the ruddy, sable and fuzzy chests astride in the, well, I suppose Mr. Ellis probably has always loved the high-level multi-unit Megalopolis style living, aspirational to a Homocratic Kowloon where condemned and visibly broken men are punished by eating roastie pussy in uproarious day-long judicial spectacles filling the bleachers hued in the stripes of the Leather Bear Flag's tannery-inspired tones by the predictably fabulous fanfare characteristic of Ellis' people, perhaps reserving the performance of the spectacles, maybe "Mandatory Minge-munching Merrymaking," until after the brunching hours, permitting a normatively inebriated collective psychology to descend upon the wrongdoers who fucked up in whatever counts for crime amongst Ellis' types, which is hard to say these days, and permit their accelerated entry to the performed crowdcraft so attuned to those types, the whooping and wooing and cooings and callings, they would all climb steeply the moment the first roastie is brought out, double birds to the crowd, a Miley Cyrusian extension of the tongue as if to demonstrate a primal savoring of the Homosocial crowd's fury at seeing the highly inked, "high mileage" woman enter the judicial grounds via the gimp-driven caravans securing all women, lest they spoil the Ellisian envisioned utopia that if you press him in private will wild his eyes and he will proclaim it is nearer than one thinks, and then be lost to pondering this or some adjacent point for some time, and you would nonetheless be unable to find a way to fault nor subvert those fervent celebrants anymore than Mr. Ellis: they're just expressing their sexual preference and part of that is finding highly beefed out pussy an afront to biology, this from the rectonauts who invent new sexual contortions by the season, driven chaps, you gotta give em that.
