i only see two options for young men in the modern age
>shut up and wait for the singularity
(neetdom, drugs, ubi) a safe option but it feels like a surrender
>get up and prepare for war
(fascism, ethic segregation, rebellion , civil war) glorious bit has a potential to be all in vain.

thoughts? any lit that discusses this dichotomy directly? I find that most philosophies have hints of both threads but I never see them debated outright.
