How do philosophers deal with quantum theory's mystifying claims about reality?

Is there an interpretation of quantum theory that is correct and if so which one?
Does quantum theory even describe reality?
Does science describe reality?
Is reality in some sense "incomplete" and thus undescribable?
Or perhaps is reality describable by multiple theories all at once even if they seem opposed to eachother (like viewing a coin from one angle or the other)?
Is reality is a thing-in-itself always beyond our understanding?
Does it even make sense to speak of "reality"?

What is your position on this?
