What is the best version in English of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms?

I got the Penguin version some time ago but I get the feeling that the Tuttle version is better and more complete. Is it true?

I've been reading the og translation by C.H. Brewitt-Taylor and it's bretty good. As I understand Moss has some helpful footnotes, that version might be the better one to go with if you haven't played Dynasty Warriors 1000 times

You should also just learn chinese. See if you can find a bilingual edition or something. That’s the best way.
