spinoza: practical philosophy is a fantastic one to start with, as is his book on hume or nietzsche

as for his original works, I think starting with his final work "what is philosophy" is an underrated thing to do, it outlines the way he thinks philosophically quite nicely which lets you understand his own concepts easier

This, also reccing Deleuze's "Kant's Critical Philosophy," some really nice insights into Kants philosophical system (it addresses all 3 critiques) as well as how Deleuze is thinking of Kant which IMO is important moving into some of Deleuze's later stuff. Also just a blast to read but Deleuze often is.
