As a translator how do you translate puns?

I came to realaztion that this may be the only limitation on translation

how can one translate it in Spanish , Japanese , chinese or any other language.

Make a different joke instead. Not ideal but this is what manga translators do when trying to translate kanji puns. Some things just don't translate.
