Not really. In the foreword of the last edition of Der Begriff des Politischen, he says so himself. His theory solves everything as long you have real and sovereign nation states. Where the personal and political are differentiated. Where hostis ≠inamicus. This is no longer the case. See guerilla warfare parallel cultures elimination of open and honest war etc.. He has solved the creation of a perfect framework for political theory but it's correct usage in modern times is still unsure
