It's a fantasy re-telling of the life of Joan of Arc. Easy enough.

Morrowind:
Amazing atmosphere, characterization, and prose.
Good, if predictable and done before, main plot, with a shit-ton of subplots.
Completely awful "action/combat sequences" (what's the /lit/ equivalent for that phrase?)
Sometimes there's a line or paragraph or occasionally entire page that doesn't make sense/work, and you'll have to go back and start from a bit before it, hoping it's better this time.

Also, it's a total doorstopper, but you won't even notice how much time it sucks away from you because you become completely engrossed. (unless, of course, you're one of the philistines that can't appreciate how amazing it is)

In any case, carry on preferring the vastly inferior Oblivion.
I'll admit it improved some areas, but it took too many steps back.

The turtle dog thing is clearly bureaucracy. When it's never the princess in any castle, this emphasizes how inefficient our bureaucracy is, and how it prevents use from achieving our goals. Mario = Dagny Taggart

Tower Bloxx

A story about ignoring any sort of building regulations or safety concerns, let alone alone any sort of urban planning, in hopes of attracting idiots to live in your buildings.

The main character is capitalist who will do whatever it takes to build the largest towers and is hired by the despotic mayor.

Super Mario Galaxy. The story of an Italian plumber whose Princess gets kidnapped by a space-turtle-dragon who plans to build an empire at the center of the Universe. The plumber must traverse across abstract, obstacle course-like "galaxies" that are actually metaphors for his insecurities to gather golden star figurines that power a Disney-princess-spacestation to the center of the Universe. Here, he will fight the space-turtle-dragon in the center of a hollow star in the center of the Universe.

The mushrooms in the Mushroom Kingdom double as drug references and phallic symbols. Notice that Mario becomes larger and more potent when he eats a mushroom or a fire flower. The real philosophy of the Mushroom is that sexual bliss can only be obtained through heightening of the consciousness. The world around them is not the real reality.
