Has anyone ever read this book, and was it worth it? Also, are there any self help books that are worth reading in general?

i think i had that on my reading list, and then never read it
or i read it and now ive completely forgotten what it was about
nonetheless ive heard good things about it

this self-help book is sorta in line with No More Mr. Nice Guy, and one that i actually remember reading. my impression was its pretty good.
