I really wish this meme would die. I'm not sure if it's just one or two impressively stupid people who just repetitively post this, or if people are that invested in his odd sort of mind/body dualism to cope with the widespread incompetency of much of the population that they repeat it without actually looking into what Taleb's "Critique" of IQ is.
