What book can I read to get a better grip on personal finance? I'm not talking about get rich quick book or stock market guides. Just something that will help me not fucking being poor at the end of every month.

You either lack self-control or a decent source of income. If it's the former, find or develop a good value-system. For the latter, a CS textbook would be more suitable for you than finance.
