Finished Matthew and Mark. Is Luke going to be pretty much the same thing again? Was considering jumping to the Epistles or the Old Testament so I don't get sick of the repetition

John is the only gospel you need to read

Read the Pentateuch at the very least, certainly read Mamalujo, but you also should feel free to go where the spirit takes you

Agreed, I am reading the bible, not nitpicking out which pages I want and not. It's going slow, but I will read everything. Even if you read it as fantasy, you don't skip past a few pages in Lord of The Rings or Harry Potter. Even if it's boring, you choose to read it. Because what's really the point of reading a book if you don't wanna read it, is it so you can argue with Christians or people who say they have read the bible? To brag to friends or family? I don't understand this, I am interested in it for the wisdom and history in it and behind it.

Luke has some great unique content. Luke is also imo easier to understand the passages because of the way he presents them. Luke's gospel is also supposed to be in chronological order so that always appealed to me.
