Does anybody else find the policy of not being able to have a relationship with one of your coworkers kind of ridiculous?

The entire thing should be looked at on a case by case basis in order to decide whether there is a power imbalance being exploited and what the actual facts of the relationship are, in my opinion.
I would be interested to hear the thoughts of others.
