What do atheists believe reality is like if they don't have a God? What is their philosophy and metaphysics? Or do they just not think about this and just stay in their bubbles and keep their ears shut?

I think this is it, they just choose to ignore it and eventually start to hate themselves and become obsessed with flesh and material. Atheists might even have lower IQ's than Christians (not saying Christians have low IQ - look up Christianity and IQ on google) and their abuse of themselves and the world around them slowly erodes away their intelligence and self worth until they can only react to the concept of God with aggression because they hate themselves so much.
