Should I read the law and ethic books of Plato/Aristotle if I'm mostly interested in metaphysics/theology/existentialism?
I started with the Geeks and mostly want to end up reading Kant, Kierkegaard, Stirner, Schopenhaur, Nietchze, etc.

No, but you will go back at them later on.

This is what I kind of figured. I have larger works of both Plato and Aristotle at my dispense but I don't think I should read their complete works. For Plato I read the "essential" dialogues and I'm thinking of for now only reading Metaphysics and Nichomachean Ethics from the latter

If you're just interested in metaphysics then no.
