This book is written by a hipster pseud who hasn't even read enough about Deleuze. Every portion of the book about Deleuze's personal life are words wasted. Had Justin Murphy read Deleuze's writings on Hume he would be aware of his endorsement for Hume's philosophical personae, taking on a persona to write his philosophy. Murphy's 'revelation' that Deleuze did not participate in leftist rallies and protests and instead led a simple quiet family life is a moot point.

Land manipulates Deleuze for his own ideological necessity. His interpretation is dishonest in a manipulative way but at least it's not out of sheer ignorance like Murphy.

I've been following Justin for a while and though I liked him at first I think he got brain worms from twitter and ended up being extremely embarrassing. His use of the word 'based' is especially heinous, it's like he only learnt of the word a few weeks ago and is desperately trying to fit in with the retards on frogtwitter that use it. He also has this bizarre fixation on IQ and intelligence, he's obsessed, especially so for someone who's written work seems pretty mediocre at best, regardless how good he thinks himself at statistics or whatever.

I think the stabs at the quality of his work are unnecessary. I really like that he's someone putting stuff out there. I'd like to see more content stemming from "this culture" (the culture including 4chan, tranny acc discords and even twitter, i.e. stuff I don't find anywhere irl where I live).
