Any books or philosophers that wrote about the realization that you cant ultimately overcome genetics and some people are biologically born to be losers, but is in the "not losers" best interests and unconscious nature to proactively give these individuals hope lying them about the chance to overcome their biological loser nature so there can be a frame of reference for them to stay on the top?

What would happen if “they” acknowledged the fact that you can’t overcome your genetics? How would this change their “frame of reference” which you say allows them to remain on top?
