How can I find a reason or motivation to do anything? I tried the Bible but I'm too stupid and lazy to get through Genesis. I feel like the only thing for someone like me to do is sit here until I die then spend eternity in hell or in a void. I don't like the idea of this but it must not bother me too much if I can't will myself to do anything about it.

How about you quit being such a damn tryhard and just start with the New Testament. Starting straight from the OT is not for everyone, and can be really intimidating & difficult to get through (especially if it's your first time reading the whole thing).

Read the Wisdom Books and Book of Daniel. (Sirach, Ecclesiastes, Proverbs, Wisdom of Solomon, Job.)
Read Psalms last (among the above that is), since for a non-believer they're not very helpful in comparison.
