how much neck size can i gain in a month doing bodyweight neck curls? i dont want to waste my time doing some dumb meme exercise if its going to make an imperceptible difference.

Use resistance bands or make a neck harness out of some straps tied together and you will see gains in a month.

This is about 3 months of gains, went from 15.5 inches to 18 inches. It's not a meme

Oh sorry misread the post. I did bodyweight curls for about 3 days before moving on to weights. Try to aim for 3x100 with atleast a 45 lb plate. Also do wrestler bridges or extensions, you can't just work the front of your neck or you will develop horrible imbalances.
