What books can I read to understand men and their position in society? I don't mean the usual stuff you read about online, like dating. I mean the societal expectations they have and how that affects their lives, identity, and feelings. I realized recently that I don't understand men and would like to gain some more insight.

get a male friend, get to known him and make it so that you can be open and honest with him and he can be open and honest with you then, and then try and understand him, that's more important that reading any book, have an actual experience.

I don't have any irl friends, but all of my online friends are male and at one point I even put a lot of time and effort into LARPing as male on one of my accounts without anyone finding out. Even though I talk openly and honestly with my friends online, I still don't really understand what it means to be male. I can understand them as people, but sometimes they'll say something that makes it really, really obvious that there's a big difference between our experiences.

Women can inherently never fully understand men. Men and women operate differently not only chemically but our entire brains are wired differently, you as a woman can NEVER know what it's like to be a man. However women seem to have the delusion that they're capable of it thus forcing leftist ideas like "men should be more emotional" and think men are a product of their environment like women, pathetic

Man is prerequisite to understanding anything. The very question and search, as well as the type of result, in fact the very expectation of a result, are inherently masculine.

Like what? Honestly it's unlikely (for reasons that aren't your fault) you'd ever come to truly understand men, we can however answer questions you may have for us.

Edw. Dutton/The Jolly Heretic just did a Ytube vid on the female brain that covers sex differences. Request him to do one on the male brain, he prob'ly will.

Interesting, do you have any examples? And have you ever noticed it going the other way? I mean, have you ever said anything that you noticed your male friend(s) didn't understand or sympathize with at all?

Describing the female brain is inherently comparing it to the male brain so describing the male brain is just the opposite of describing the female brain as since they are only being compared to each other, necessarily the differences are exact mirrored opposites of each other.
