I kneel before Sophia naked while offering my apple to the rightfully prettiest. Sophia allowed me to see the beauty in myself, and the creative chaos of the world. I want her to munch my apple.

Anyways that is why I feel compelled to post a thread on /lit/ about Discordianism and it's strange doings. To me it seems like some sort of hyper-absurdist philosophical art project, but don't take it from me, you can read this strange work of WTF yourself for free: https://principiadiscordia.com/book/1.php

How has this work of poetry inspired you? If it hasn't, what do you find uninspiring about it?

as a personal note, the PD personally inspired me to find similar philosophy that I found incredibly beautiful and meaningful to read.

It had pretty collages which for the time was impressive. The humor wasn't particularly funny or clever but that might just be due to me living in a time when non-sequitur humor has been overplayed and poking fun at religion is no longer edgy.

I get the feeling people like it more for what it could have been than what it is, but thats just a feeling of course

I liked the PD when I was a teenager but ultimately it's boomer nihilism

It doesn't really lead you anywhere
