This book called "Dune" I read some time ago.
It was quite good, if I recall. Suppose,
I had some reservations on the prose
which wasn't of a sublime quality,
but, hey, it's science fiction. I would say,
it really got me thinkin' 'bout the future:
will man ever dare to land on Jup'ter?
Will we expand our consciousness to match
the pace at which technologies advance,
or will mankind be swept aside, at last,
to be replaced by electronic cats,
a robotic race of meowing masters,
whose artificial minds will work faster
than the lumbering thought process of man.
If we act now, we might just foil their plan!

I didn't think it was too great. I worked myself through it until God emperor because everyone said it was great and you don't often get characters like that told in a convincing way.
It was ok but I can't really say what bothered me that much.
