Othello.

Because its a story of a black man with a white wife who fought against the Muslims, who then kills his wife out of a non-existent situation that could be completely avoided, if only he had trusted his snow queen.

"She ain't no hood rat, she ain't got somethin' on the side my man!"
"Y U DO DIS OTHELLO?"

There were no Communists in his day though, because chronological order... But there were also no trannies and homos, because 'ole king James put them weird fucks to death. He wrote to his son that he should never, ever, pardon buggery.

Would have loved if he wrote something today, he was the MaestroTrollExtraordinaire. He would thrive in Clown World.

King Lear for tragedies, Tempest for Comedies, Richard III for histories. Macbeth for "things that technically belong in one category but don't ft classical categories very well". Also "worthy second place" to Hamlet for tragedies, Midsummer Night's Dream for Comedy and Winter's Tale for "things that don't fit classical categories well".

I'm looking forward to reading it again soon, too. We had to read it in middle school, and then I saw a rehearsal of it by the drama club in high school.
