Is this book supposed to get better? I am at the point with the naming of the sons. So far it has been meandering and boring. Cathy’s character is one dimensional as fuck. The only interesting one is Samuel. Does the Cain/Abel parallel turn out to be interesting or is it just boring and gay

EoE is like grapes in the sense that there's not a big climax or a big resolution. you just see how their lives unfold. many deaths off-screen. some interesting and good stuff though.
