Any of you anons have anxiety disorder? How do you deal with it if so?

Realise that it's not a disorder and having an aversion to interacting with strangers or being outside surrounded by hundreds of strangers is a natural instinct you shouldn't try to shut off.

Your body is telling you the modern world is poison for human beings.

I’m sorry, I should’ve been clearer. When I say anxiety, I don’t mean the kind of anxiety that inhibits me from talking to other people, because I have no problems with proper socialization. What I do have a problem is that I feel like I’m very suddenly at the peak height of a rollercauster, without a safety belt. The kind of feelings I get are very anti-life, and it’s almost as if my body wants to eject into nonexistence. The kind of fear you get when you stumble upon a grizzly bear in the wilderness, without the grizzly bear being there, so you start wondering what in the actual fuck your problem is.
