NONE! I'm an autodidactic poorfag with fading youth who needs guidance in a low socioeconomic environment who was raised lower middle class with big dreams who refuses to let them die. I've grown resentful of academia most likely out of some immature spite, but a mentor sounds nice.

Doesn't pay well enough to have to read through shitty papers from SJWs writing about gender issues and postmodern trash.
It's bad enough when we do peer-review in class and I have to read that trash. Imagine doing it as a a job. That's another reason I will never become a professor.
