Why doesn't /lit/ talk about him?

>> No.13675148

He was England's Aristotle.
In other words, he was a radical centrist who supported moderation, conformism, and naive realism.

I made an effort post (partially) about Locke and it literally got 0 replies and archived while i was asleep. No one cares about him.

his political theories caused notting but chaos and his philosophical principles can only lead to nihilism

Nah, not really. Locke's liberalism is pretty milquetoast. Plus, he grounded his arguments in a natural theology, so i don't see how his views would lead to nihilism.

Is that Andrew Jackson?

/lit/ does not tread territory with no uncoverable hot takes

Never read him, but I judge by his face that he’s a sententious centrist with nothing really to contribute.
