Does anyone here know which pieces of the Catholic Church's dogma related to demons (and other beings now popularly thought of as "apocryphal") were published most recently, and where I might find them? Do any seminaries still openly train priests as exorcists? If so, how?

I ask you all to forgive the /x/ish tone of this post. I came here because I am mostly concerned with relevant literature, rather than spooky theories or lore.

Last year, the Christian thinktank Theos reported that exorcisms were a “booming industry” in the UK, particularly among Pentecostal churches. But some warn that “deliverance ministry” can be a form of spiritual abuse. Critics also say LGBT people and those with mental health issues are targeted for deliverance by Africans in the belief that their sexuality or psychiatric problems are the result of demonic possession.
