What's some philosophy I should read if I want to learn how to manipulate people and use selfishness as a tool to get what I want?

Robert Greene

Improve yourself before doing so; nobody will trust a fat neckbeard who wants to be a con-artist in a world that is becoming more amoral and sociopathic each day.
Else, read the Trivium chart and I will not be responsible on whatever you have done with those skills that you gained from my spoonfeeding.

philosophy won't help you much, read the prince, and study psychology. practice is also necessary but so is a reputation for being trustworthy. after reading get a temporary job overseas or travel so you can manipulate people without ruining your reputation back home when you fail.
