Any books which focus on concentration and focus/memory? My job makes me sit in front of a screen all day but I get easily tires and pick up my phone and I have an overall hard time to recall what I have read. My eyes are also tired all the time.

Honestly, yes. I'm joking, it's not a meme. I just feel rather insecure for how much I doubted it's methods on first reading; only to find myself able to memorize a deck of cards without even straining after employing its amusing methods.

I've used it once and after 6 months I can remember exactly what I remembered that day without having had to remind every day, just that once and I remembered it. It's good if you want to really remember something but it takes some effort.

Wow thats really interesting. I will give it a shot. What about focus on completing a process? Pure willpower doesnt seem to work for me.
