Well your best bet is not to listen to the goldbugs at zerohedge. If you had listened to them you'd have done horribly throughout the 2010s as the stock market boomed. If you're not employed in a job that will suffer from a downturn in trade you don't got much to worry about.

For the past 10 years conventional monetary ideas have been thoroughly discredited, policy elite are going to have to face this reality and look towards fiscal policy or face secular stagnation at best
