I have been on a sci-fi kick recently, already made my way trough some of the greats like Dune, Hyperion and i have most recently finished The Three body Problem Series.
Any good recommendations similar to the books series described above?

The foundation trilogy, any of Phillip k. Dick or Harlan Ellison. Vonnegut wrote a lot of books that use science fiction as a framing device. Sirens of Titan, Slaughterhouse Five, Cat's Cradle.

The last three sci fi books I read were Permutation City, The Fifth Science, and Hybrid Child. I enjoyed all of them but probably only Permutation City actually approaches "good" status

No I meant more like focused recommended reading.

Well, i really enjoy the themes of free will, how different conditions create different societies, how biologically distant races would communicate with each other.

My favorite part of the Three body series was the concept that the universe is a Dark Forest, filled with life, but due to various circumstances everyone is out to kill each other, you never know when an attack might come, leading most of the intelligent races to turn to cleansing all potential intelligent life or living in isolation after hiding the position of their star and planet.

Ok, specifically for Philip k. Dick I'd recommend the novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep and the short stories The Second Variety, We Can Remember It For You Wholesale, and The Hanging Stranger. For Harlan Ellison I like I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream, Repent Harlequin! Said the Tick-Tock Man. I would suggest if you read the Vonnegut entries and like them to read Timequake too, it's only tangentially sci-fi.

Similar to the above, you might find Zelazny's Lord of Light or Wright's The Golden Age interesting.

LoL is stupid. If you're going to read Zelazny you should just read the Amber series in one huge binge then OD on heroin (because it sucks)
