Both old-fashioned, even borderline outdated. Most people have scarcely ever heard youpin, and if you hear someones say nègre, 90% of the time it's an oldfag from a rich family who still remembers when his great-grandpa owned slaves, who has never used another word for blacks and perhaps doesn't even use it derogatively since it's the only word he has.

So the most up-to-date version would be juif or noir but in a derogatory tone or preferably with an swearing word before.
