This will help.

Second, quit 4chan in it's entirety, there's no happiness to be found here, anon.

Read some Sabato, Dostoyevski, Camus and any other depressed existensialist to understand how to never go full autismo.
Pic related should help.
All self-help books are a scam, you can literally read something as shit as the Alchemist from Coelho and you've basically read every single self help book there is.

Godspeed, nigger

A lot of it is bullshit, it doesn't even include the kind of technical know-how that you would expect from anons (e.g. they expect you to buy physical copies of books and CDs even though 90% of anons and 50% of normies just pirate shit).

You didn't even wait untill tomorrow.
Serious question, do you have friends? Do you have a good relationship with your family?
We are on this site because it fulfills some social needs. If you can't fulfill them otherwise you will probably never leave.

yes for friends
no for family

I just feel dissociated from people .

>> No.13629115

Meh, just stop assuming so much stuff about people, get to know them better and understand that you're not as weird as you think you are. All these lists of books to read and workout routines are unnecessary and will probably just drive you further from the average person. With that mindset you will only try to look good in the eye of other people which is the completely wrong way to be "normal". You don't make friends because you have read books or work out. Stop thinking of people as normies or non-normies, that will only make you lonely.

>dissasociated from people

The Metamorphosis, Franz Kafka
The Stranger, Albert Camus
Notes from the Underground, Fyodor Dostoyevski
The tunel, Ernesto Sabato
Ham on Rye, Charles Bukowski
Stoner, John Williams

Won't help you to become a normie, but will let you feel at home. Sometimes all you need is to know empirically that you aren't alone.

I think there is a time and place for books like that. At some point however it can also become too much. For the past 3 days I have been rewatching old anime like Mushishi. It is not good to delve on these problems forever, feelings are an abstract thing and they can change if you just focus on something else.

You will probably not leave this site before you build a strong social support network, as gay as this may sound. We are here because we want to connect to other people, it's only natural. But the constant conflict on 4chan, all the politics, all the talk about "incels", "autists" or "sluts" can be too much, it's stressful to always think about it.
Books can add to that stress, I would recommend to try to chill instead.

But if you want, No longer Human is about someone dissociated from society. Even though at times I find it almost comical.
