Being an all-knowing Paramahamsa schooled in all the great traditions of religious esoterism, Guénon indeed knew about semen retention and practiced it. I've read that Abhinavagupta has a portion of the Tantraloka that covers Tantric sexual practices, but I'm not sure where exactly in the text it is and the whole thing is like four or five thousand pages. Also keep in the mind that the efficiency of some of these practices may very depending on whether there is another person involved or whether you are just jerking off
